I found myself at a random coffee spot (not even my usual favorite). Instead of letting the interruption derail me, I turned that unexpected pit stop into a full-blown writing session.

What started as a quick caffeine run became the perfect backdrop for scribbling down ideas for my fourth book.

Each week, I’ll be pulling back the curtain on the writing process and sharing actual excerpts in my free newsletter! resilientleader.beehiiv.com/subscribe

Let’s be clear. Trump did not repel the EEOC. An executive order cannot repeal legislation.

Trump revoked President Johnson’s Executive Order 11246, which protected affirmative action for federal contractors.

Trump’s EO does not impact Title VII or laws enforced by the EEOC.
