Highly recommend playing magic this way. We keep track of our record, each set's deck/card pool, a hall of fame for cards that were great and rotate out. Some of our favorite decks have been Big Aura Bogles, 6 Fireball Jund Tron, and Simic Sunburst Equipments.

Why Ice Age? Well my buddy and I do a thing called Time Capsule format, where we each get 2 packs (3 if you just lost) of a set and add it to our pool of cards, and rotate cards out with actual standard rotations, and we just entered Homelands so this era has been on the mind.
