Just saw a clip of an interview: In Chicago, a black female, an American citizen, was stopped by ICE, questioned about her status, arrested anyway, and held til 3am. She didn't have an accent. She wasn't Hispanic. Reasonable suspicion of what?

Sadly, since I moved back to Mississippi, I am aware of two pregnant Black females who died because a hospital was not in rural Mississippi. The mortality rate for Black pregnant moms isn't great, either.

I never listened to Kirk, and I never read a post. I knew he was a MAGA conservative. I chose not to give him any of my attention. What I have learned since his death from these curated words from his mouth really makes one wonder 🤔 about his character as a Christian. Decency matters.

Why not provide a parenting counselor to help her if there are concerns for the child's safety. Reminds me of a statement, "Hurt people' hurt people." a troubling belief, IMO. It leaves no room for exceptions.

It appears that cruelty is what Republicans voters wanted.

Remember when Trump canceled the Obama administration TransPacific Trade partnership? Obama understood that America needed to weaken China. The TPP was an attempt at that. Obama excluded China from the TPP. In 2023, China joined.

I read that when the transatlantic slave trade was abolished, to increase the supply of people to enslave white men would rape African girls to impregnate them so that they would have between 3 to 5 babies by age 18. Enslavement was inhumane and brutal.

I had a conversation with a young man in his 30s making the case for an economy free of regulations with a hands off approach to allowing the free market to exercise without restraint, to be held accountable by the people. Q: How would the public know about radioactive shrimp without regulations?

If a new census is conducted, Hard-to-Count cities will be grossly undercounted, and revenue to the states will be reduced. States get federal dollars based on its total population. Many Black people live in Hard-to-Count cities. MS,FL, and 4 others are Hard-to-Count states.

According to the constitution, the timeline for the census is every 10 years. Also, we've had undocumented people in the US for decades. Texas isn't different from CA or any other border state. GOP change rules because they know their policies are not popular, so they blow up established rules.

Make America Groan Again because Make America Greedy, Grifty, Grumpy Again is running it in the ground.

A year before the good citizens of Massachusetts burned an Ursuline Convent in Charlestown to the ground. 12 of the 13 men indicted were acuiitted; the 13th was convicted but received a pardon from the governor.
