When people can see doctors, get medicine, and stay healthy without financial burden, the whole nation benefits—our workforce grows stronger, families thrive, and long-term healthcare costs go down.

Good healthcare should be something every American can rely on.
Every American has the right to keep their body healthy without going broke. Every American should have access to public health services in their own communities and quality local hospitals.

If we ever have free and fair elections again, the MAGAats will lose. And when a Democratic administration wants to get rid of all the slime Trump has appointed, I'm sure the Subservient Court will find a way to change their tune.

This is lawless. It is, however, not much different than what the SCOTUS far-right majority did when it allowed Texas's SB8 vigilante abortion law to go into effect in 2021 despite it clearly being unconstitutional under Roe/Casey.
BREAKING: SCOTUS will hear a case over whether it should overrule Humphrey's Executor — in a shadow docket order that also allows Trump's firing of Rebecca Slaughter as an FTC commissioner to take effect while the appeal is considered, which should not be allowed under Humphrey's Executor.

That fear of Trump 2.0 ending up into the destruction of US democracy and the rise of a christo-nazi authoritarian regime wasn't just an illusion. We are there now. The Conservatives with the help of billionaires are taking control of the country.

Do something. Fight back.

In any event, independent journalism is tough.

Independent legal journalism in 2025 is well, whatever is beyond that.

And, running the business part of all of this is mind-bending if it's not your thing. (It is not mine!)
