Why is there so much anger & hostility among MAGA & the administration? Given that conservatives hold a lot of political power right now, including the presidency, Congress, Supreme Court, & a majority of state governments, why is there such a strong sense of grievance?

When historians look back to ask when American democracy began to fail, it likely won’t be one dramatic moment. Still, this event belongs on the short list of warning signs. ICE agents do not have absolute immunity.

Student loan forgiveness isn’t about erasing unpaid debt. It’s wiping out compounded interest from a system that promised good jobs in exchange for degrees. Many already repaid their original loans—what’s forgiven is the inflated balance from decades of broken promises & bad math.
