I liked "The Thing from Another World" but it seemed a little too leisurely-paced until the end. You don't get the isolation and paranoia like you do in the '82 "The Thing:".

There was one for the Nintendo that I had in the late 80's. If yours is the same one I'm thinking of, I hear you. Never beat it, either. No wonder you were going all Joe Pesci.

I agree. Watched the original a couple of nights ago. Still great. One of the very few series, horror or otherwise, where there are no bad ones.

Just re-watched this a week ago. Were you involved with "V/H/S Halloween"? As I've said, "Dreamkill" from V/H/S 85 was terrific and I think, feature material.
