I can't exactly knock because Pokemon "fans" did the same thing for both SwSh and SV's problems, and especially since mobile games always promise more rewards for award wins which creates bots. But throwing a fit over a 7/10 losing to a 7.1/10 will never not be hilarious.

The game honestly looks fine but in the same way Mario Kart is fine, and I do like Sonic's aesthetics and presentation more than Mario. It's just the fandom's belligerent attitude towards everything that isnt their golden goose that makes me laugh at their downfall from a meaningless award.
