I’ve been watching my brother play Portal 2 on holiday and got reminded that it has one of the most unexpectedly beautiful endings with one of the most heartwarming pieces of music ever composed. It doesn’t even affect the story. They didn’t have to do this. But I’m so glad they did.

I’m so bummed the John Wick franchise didn’t keep Dean Winters’ character around given that he’s the one guy who doesn’t magically speak every language and switches between them without precedent.

It only just dawned on me that Michael Bowen is both Buck from Kill BIll and Uncle Jack from Breaking bad. Homie just has a knack for playing the most vile motherfucker in whatever he's in.

I really like the setups to the Tyr fights in GoW: Valhalla. There's something weirdly wholesome about a really chill dude beasically going "hey, I genuinely want to help you find enlightenment and self-forgiveness so we're gonna beat the shit out of each other to do so. Good luck, buddy!"

I really have to commend the writing team for GoW Ragnarok for making this motherfucker so hateable that despite there being legitimately important reasons to not kill him, I still wanted to anyway.

Seeing this cookie in Caught Stealing is probably the most meaningful thing to me in cinema year and I'm genuinely not kidding. Whoever wrote that scene absolutely lived in New York and it makes me very happy.
