Honestly just turn them off. You've got a wide enough column of text that the change in spacing is minimal, and far less distracting than the near-constant word splitting.

The AI art guys genuinely don't get that art communicates something to the viewer. They think it's just pretty pictures. I always assumed they got it but had some kind of principled position, but I don't think they do.

I didn't vote for Labour last time because of it, among other factors, and it's definitely pushing me away from voting for them next time. Quite frankly, I don't see the point in voting Labour if they want to converge with the Tories on everything. Picture very much related.

Great example of a "green halo" around an unsustainable product. This Spontex scourer has the phrase "100% Biodegradable Sponge" on its packaging, but that is only referring to the sponge portion. The scourer as a whole isn't 100% anything, except maybe 100% misleading and 100% garbage.
