Had my first real therapy session. Lots to reflect on. My head is heavy and I'm still feeling a lot and not sure how to process it all. My life feels unstable and questionable 🫠 I keep learning more things I really don't want to know or deal with. My anxiety is on overdrive.

My messed up mental health keeps bleeding out into the real world and my mask keeps falling off, I can't keep maintaining this illusion of a good happy normal functioning person. I'm so tired. I just want to be normal.
