practising drawing by thinking about it really hard and not actually doing anything

Give yourself 3 months of dedicated art practice AND:

- Draw 30-60 min a day minimum
- Draw what you love
- Surround yourself with creative people
- Analyze what is working/not working in your practice
- Regularly ask for feedback from peers

I guarantee you'll see results. 💪

I always find it funny how i grew up getting my ass beat in fighting games and in video games just in general and understanding that's just how early hobbies go.

But like i always struggled with my current hobbies. And like im more self aware so sometimes the journey is a bit more frustrating 😔.

I attempted to copy this jill from the va11halla art book. This was definitely one of my worst sketches and hopefully i only get better as time goes on. That's the plan at least lol. I'd love to give Jill the glory she deserves

Writing Tip:
Remember that your characters have lives outside of the story. They aren't just waiting in the wings for their turn to say their lines. If you're reintroducing a character, have them be doing something, like making breakfast or reading a book.
