Streaming has turned gigs from break even to guaranteed money losers.
I used to be able to sell a couple of CDs at a gig. That + the $12-25 I'd get paid for the gig covered the cost of gas and maybe dinner.
Now, I generally lose money on the gas cost alone.
1 CD sale=80 years streaming revenue 4 me.

I made these leather arm garters tonight from scratch. I'll wear them Cowboy Action Shooting. I really like the way the dye came out. I was going for crunchy. I usually airbrush the dye.

I made this guitar body. 1 piece of Alder wood, dyed and covered with 15 coats of nitrocellulose lacquer and wet sanded then polished. I also put the decals under the paint and feather edge'd them. Basically a Telecaster with a middle pickup blend (hence the 2nd volume). She sounds fantastic too!
