We were at PyCon Italia last week with part of the FastAPI Labs (and @fastapi.tiangolo.com) team, we had a blast chatting about FastAPI Cloud! 🤌🍕

Thanks to everyone who came to say hi for all the great conversations! 🚀

Now THIS is what a customer-centric app is.

Most banks keep sending out warning emails about impersonation and scams.

Any app can implement this capability with a little coding + backend work (assuming their BE sensible enough): and yet Monzo is the first one I’ve heard do it.

I explained Jojo’s Bizarre adventures to my wife. She wasn’t as amused as she was supposed to be. I had more success with W40K (mostly because of Henry Cavill).

wow, Tembo a managed PostgreSQL service, pivoted to being an AI agent. I was waiting for a good excuse to use them and then they don't provide the service lol.

It's crazy how fast some companies move.

Gemini is smarter, but the return format isn't too consistent when using Aider.

I switched back to Claude for some critical test fixes and even though I had to keep the prompts VERY SPECIFIC consistency was great.

For context, I use Aider with OpenRouter.

Why am I internet-stalking the pope?
At least I didn’t find the pope on Venmo.

We can all agree that, the hardest thing about programming (and arguably design), is, naming things.
If, like me, you sometimes struggle with naming your design tokens, you are going to love this design token name generator. Answer a few questions, and boom, namings!

Hey everybody!

My partner and I are struggling to keep up with bills, and it's likely to get harder this summer because of energy costs and their work. As of now, we don't have enough saved to cover next month. We'd appreciate any help at all, including boosts!

I've been using Aider with Anthropic as a coding assistant, but I think I can get the same result with a local agent with a very detailed conventions document.

For example, we should not let the LLM make solutions, but specifically follow instructions and use the conventions from the document.

With Parcel, you can return JSX from your server in an existing client rendered app. No need to add SSR if you don’t want to! parceljs.org/recipes/rsc/...

Great explanation of why you might want to do this by Dan.
