I kinda remember Trump pardoning a bunch of people for this, many of whom beat up cops and put them in the hospital. I think they were yelling something about the Vice President as they stormed the building.

Folks should understand Trump’s character by now. He loves supplication and side deals.
Murphy: "It's not designed as economic policy. It's designed as political policy. Because Trump gets really excited when people have to come to him, petition the king for relief. That's what he's doing with law firms, doing with universities. That may be what he's doing with businesses."

Please share!!! This is getting ridiculous—they just can’t accept a loss. Please help spread the word to North Carolina. The North Carolina Court of Appeals ruled in a 2-1 decision that over 60,000 votes cast in last year’s closely contested state Supreme Court race must be verified and recounted.

“We the People” isn’t just a poetic preamble; it’s the foundational claim of our sovereignty. The Constitution doesn’t start “We the Government” or “We the Elite.” It starts by asserting that all authority flows from the people, and that government exists by their consent —it’s a radical principle.

Inspiring story (credit to @hcrichardson.bsky.social for sharing) about a news editor who fought back against the Klan. "Fascism always fails. It is destructive and it is awful and not everyone lives to see the other side, but it always, always fails."

Seriously? Show me the data. I find I'm much more productive at home. I have so many tools available to be more productive and collaborative online. Meeting in person is so 2010.

The Social Security Administration is cutting 7,000 jobs and closing half of its regional offices. It's no coincidence that Elon Musk called Social Security a "ponzi scheme." They're gutting the program YOU'VE PAID INTO to make room for more billionaire tax cuts.

Now is the time to speak up.

If you wanted to cut waste, fraud, and abuse, you would empower the inspectors general.

If you wanted more waste, fraud, and abuse, you would fire them.

Remember: The oligarchs who control our economy and democracy seek to divide us so they can become more powerful.

They want us to turn on each other so we don't look up and see where all the wealth and power have gone.

Don't fall for it.
