They're a laminated dough like a croissant, but there's sugar in between the layers with the butter. Then they stick it in a muffin tin so it's a cute little blossom and put a little blob of filling in the middle! Layered, crispy, sweet.
A Kouign Amann pastry (pronounced queen uh-MON) sometimes called a queenette. Like a croissant with sugar between the layers, baked in a muffin tin.

Finally got my copy of @johngreensbluesky.bsky.social's Everything is Tuberculosis. (I think the sig color is Firecracker). Having been born and raised in a city that only exists because of TB, I'm especially excited to read this book. #TinyJoys

I don't have a recipe but rice pudding is delicious. You could also make a chicken cordon bleu casserole, here's the recipe I use and a picture of the ingredients list: organizeyourstuffnow.com/chicken-cord...
Ingredients: 2 cups cooked rice 3 cups cooked chicken 6 slices of swiss cheese 10 slices of cut up deli ham 2 cans of cream of chicken soup (gluten free or homemade) 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup sour cream 1/2 cup crushed saltine crackers or gluten free panko 1/2 teaspoon paprika 1/2 teaspoon parsley 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

Is there a word for the Magic and Whimsy that comes from finding pictures in things like clouds, or in this case a bag of frozen soup? I pulled this out to defrost for dinner and was delighted by the bear and unicorn I found. #TinyJoys
