There's so much to say. I'll write more later. Long story short, @nomadstudio.org had $50,000 in federal funds vaporize overnight when the National Endowment for the Arts cancelled millions in active grants in the middle of a grant cycle to align with new federal priorities. 🧵 1/3

Journalists should absolutely be paid for their important work. I subscribe to several papers. I also miss a time when you’d find yesterday’s paper at the coffee shop. A time when you could stay informed even if you couldn’t subscribe. 📰
