Twenty years after the comedy went silent, Russia is a sadistic, warmongering fascist regime run by a mad centibillionaire. That’s a future that could be ours — whole argument of "Road to Unfreedom" — but also one we can stop — see "On Tyranny" and "On Freedom."

I've been briefed on the intelligence - there is no evidence Iran posed an imminent threat to the United States. That makes this attack illegal.

Nothing is ever enough. Palestine gave up 78% of its land and it wasn’t enough. Hamas offered to release the hostages and it wasn’t enough. Iran stuck to the nuclear deal and it wasn’t enough. No amount of peace, negotiation, surrender, cooperation has ever satisfied the Western war machine.

UBI saves a ton of public money, but its lack of cruelty sends certain people into a rage, so it’s hard to put into practice.
Denver gave people experiencing homelessness $1k/month. A year later, nearly half had housing.

They also had fewer ER visits, nights spent in a hospital, and jail stays.

The report estimates that this reduction in public service use SAVED the city $589k.
