But the tombs didn’t actually have any danger in them. It was just superstition. Toxic stuff is a little different.
I think it's funny how much time and effort we spend trying to create warnings for future civilizations about radioactive waste dumps, as if any of us actually heeded the warnings on ancient tombs. Humans do not heed warnings unless deeply tied to religious dogma. And even then!

I’m organising an event and you wouldn’t believe how many people want to take over. It is fucking pissing me off. Nobody wanted to help me when I couldn’t find a venue, but now I have a venue and everything set up everybody wants to take credit.

So birthday is ruined. My partner has to work overnight and there also an evening meeting and an opticians appointment in the morning. Honestly what’s the point in celebrating at all.

My friend is going through colon cancer. He is one of many from our university. We lost two in our year to this awful cancer. Several have had to have major surgery. Please don’t ignore the symptoms.

It is not a cold. Please continue to avoid infection. Repeated infections leaves you vulnerable to a lasting immune compromised system

I have to say, I’m getting a little bit anxious for Christmas. I’ve been with my partner about six months. I’ve known him a year. We agreed that we would give small gifts. I’m not so concerned about what I got him. I’m more concerned about what he’s going to give me. I’m not good at this stuff.
