Canada says “elbows up.” I say for America, “cameras out.” Film every last one of these brutal criminals. We will need the evidence for their trials.

I don’t want Prop 50 to offset the Texas Gerrymandering. I want it to eliminate ANY Republican in California. Ditto NY. Ditto VA. Etc. etc.

As an ex-artillery officer, in three and a half years of active duty and MANY training deployments to Grafenwohr, I’ve seen four rounds go short because of technical malfunctions and one round out of safe because of not accounting for charges properly.

Governors of any state that has had NG troops activated and deployed to support ICE should activate their own units, and send them to “oversee” activities. Just to watch. Because the state activated guardsmen will be getting paid. Unlike the federalized troops or ICE. Just walk around getting paid.

Technically speaking it’s not fascism.

It’s Authoritarianism. But that’s too many syllables. It’s the common left failing of over precious over precision getting in the way of a message.

So while what it IS is authoritarianism, call them faciscts. Nazis. Because they hate it. It pisses them off.

How much of this was public outrage and how much was creatives like Damon Lindelof or Mark Ruffalo making it know that there would be pork in the treetops before they worked with Disney unless The Mouse changed course?

ICE had better hope there’s never another D Congress or President because it won’t survive two weeks into a D administration. In any form.

This.

Basically the map sucks in the Senate next year. If someone is saying "unless the Dems win the Senate in 26 they're useless" they are either a) an idiot, or b) lying/misleading to promulgate a "both sides are bad" narrative.

So the fundraising orgs that constantly reach out to me need to do one of two things.

1) ACTUALLY fight and support candidates that fight, tooth and nail, on every front, OR;

2) Ease up on the apocalyptic rhetoric about Repubs.

Your methods are not matching your rhetoric, folks.

Of course you're on edge. You're in a government mandated relationship with one of the worst people America has ever puked up, who probably reminds you of the person you left home to get away from. Give yourself a little grace here.

The Texas (more) gerrymandering scheme is highly likely to blow up in their faces, as with most of Trump’s moron ideas.

Why? Because most Republicans run states are ALREADY gerrymandered to almost their full extent.

You know what states aren’t? Democratic run states. Please proceed.

Because Canada is getting uppity about not electing a fascist: not until we showed you why not (Pierre was your huckleberry until Trump, stop pretending otherwise), and at least WE have a fucked up health care system to partially blame when measles spike.

It is clear that if/when Repubs lose power, every single person in ICE will need to be charged with crimes against humanity, and rendered to the International Criminal Court in The Hague.

Because in addition, we also can no longer rely on the US court system, thanks to the Roberts Court.

I didn’t think of this. It’s an ignorance twofer.
I would bet a great deal of money that they canceled funding for special education students who are not on the diploma track to get extra job and life skills training because this was labeled as "transition services".
Do we think that they cancelled support for "transition services" because they thought it was a transgender transition thing?
