Reasons why I think Legends ZA feels closer to Animal Crossing than Pokemon #663...
My thoughts on Legends ZA tldr: this feels more like an Animal Crossing title to me than Pokemon; the fashion sim could've been even more involved and varied. I like the game but it's the weakest in my lineup by a wide margin

Legends ZA has a really good gameplay loop of earning shitloads of money from the ZA royale, making you think "holy shit I'm rich", then immediately bankrupting yourself on clothes

My hot Fire Emblem take is that critical hits don't need a cut-in portrait. It ruins the flow by forcing a pause during gameplay and doesn't even really add anything when the attention grabbing flash and "SHING!" of the crit noise is enough and doesn't disrupt the flow of the animation.

The problem is a world where only some brains are valuable/able to succeed.
