My new #C64 ultimate arrived today. My beautiful bride is wrapping it up for Christmas. We figured since it's so close to the holiday it'd be fun to open it, like it was the 1980's.

I fear seeing the political needle swing so wildly on topics, blur, flip, and then see the whole matter brushed aside to make room for the next dumpster fire. The thought that hanging chads and flip-flops are now a minor footnote in our history just blows my mind.

It still blows my mind that this is a regular occurrence here. Right outside my office window. We named her "Ethel".

Every day I look at the general news cycle I can't help but think just how far we are falling behind as a nation, as a civilization, as humans. We are not only failing each other, but our future generations.

And lastly... We have a herd of deer living out back. Had I think, 12 out there when I snapped this.

Also here's a picture of my new shop! Lasers, routers, and forges! Oh my! I'll snap a few pics when I get everything set up.

Slowly building out our new gaming room. Got the table from the local 2nd hand store it's 8ft long and weighs something close to 300lbs.

I think a show about Anita and the Doctor running a hotel would be a great sitcom. #DoctorWho
