I’ve noticed a really disturbing pattern among some members of our community who seem to be increasingly dismissive of other Jews and their opinions. I have no qualms with us disagreeing. We are Jews. Arguing and disagreeing is baked into our DNA. But it should be done respectfully. 1/2

Yeah….respectfully I’m gonna ask that you not goysplain antisemitism to Jews. It’s like white ppl telling black ppl what is and isn’t racist—just don’t. You don’t have the lived experience to speak on it and you sure as shit shouldn’t be telling a Jew if something is or isn’t antisemitic.

You have to care.” Finally in the bottom still he leans his own forehead against Artax’s forehead and says “You’re my friend. I love you.” Shortly after this, Artax sinks beneath the swamp, succumbing to the sadness.

No I’m pretty sure what would have ensured equal justice for all people would have been to, you know, outlaw slavery. Instead he’s trying to argue the 3/5 was a good thing because otherwise the South would have more power if you counted Black people as whole ass people instead of 60%. 🙄

How does he say shit like this with a straight face? Generally speaking we don’t put land mines down in the middle of roads where school buses drive—it’s a Geneva convention’s violation (it happens but it’s not SUPPOSED to). Is his argument really “humans do bad shit so why not AI”?

The fraud began with several emails between Ms. Bourne, her gynecologist and an unnamed doctor at Kaiser Permanente Davis via email over the course of several days beginning Oct 6, 2022. The fraud then continued by involving her primary care doctor, Dr Hong-wen Xue, who presumably provided her with a referral for top surgery and with whom she had an intake appointment on 10/18/22 for HRT. On 10/24/2022, Ms Bourne states she had a telehealth appointment with Rachel Wood, MFT at Kaiser Sacramento. On 11/15/22, Ms Bourne had a mental health visit with an unnamed “Kaiser gender specialist”. She had a follow up mental health visit on 12/27/2022 with a different Kaiser gender specialist—this one named: Guneet Kaur, LCSW. Ms Bourne had a telehealth call with an unnamed nursing coordinator at the Transgender Surgery and Gender Pathways Clinic at Kaiser Sacramento on 1/19/23, followed by another telehealth visit with an unnamed PCP (presumably Dr Xue but Ms Bourne does not provide a name, referring to her as “a primary care doctor at Kaiser Davis”) on 1/27/23. On 2/12/23, Ms. Bourne had lab tests related to hormone levels requested by the aforementioned PCP and received a testosterone pump “after paying a $5.00” on 2/14/23. On 2/14/23, Ms Bourne states she had a zoom telehealth visit with Karly Autumn-Kaplan, MD at Kaiser Sacramento. She mentions that she received wait list cancellation notices in both February and March and could have taken either of those appointments for a double mastectomy. One assumes, her insurance carrier provided prior authorization for these services if Kaiser was willing to schedule her for a surgery date and that she mentions she was told it would be a $100 copay. On 3/16/23, Ms Bourne had a consultation with another Kaiser gender specialist for bottom surgery (hysterectomy and a phalloplasty). Again, it is assumed some prior authorization was provided as she states she was quoted a $200 copay for these 2 surgeries. On 5/16/23, Ms Bourne had a telehealth consultation with an unnamed nurse coordinator (location not mentioned). After receiving notice on 5/25/23 of the acceptance of her bottom surgery referral, Ms. Bourne “ended [her] investigation”.
