The incense itself is a bit different from regular incense, it more so is similar to candles, the stick draws in the oil and heats it up [using small runes engraved on the stick] to create the incense. These are usually used for quick makeshift "scented candles" or if you're otti, can't be bothered to buy a candle. I already have a mind towards what new CW's it needs that flew under the radar of my own understanding on top of some ways I think I can make it always be the story I needed it to be, not what I set out to write.

Spent an hour rebalancing my 700 point list to make it so all 3 of my Elites and Annointed hit the -2 Armor Theshold.
