in the past month i have transformed my relationship with poetry as a medium, i've found that through it, i can expose more of my spirit

particularly as a person who has a bad habit of intellectualizing my feelings, it offers space to pour out my soul

"does bluesky have drafts" no but we have kindness. we have friendship. we know love. we know how to see the world in a grain of sand, and heaven in a wildflower. we know how to hold infinity in the palm of my hand, and eternity in an hour.

i study surveillance w/ communities of ppl who don’t know what the hell ML means or is, but can speak to the experience of having “eyes” on them 24/7 & I think this is fr important but for some reason isn’t always considered essential knowledge in tech studies bc of the lack of technical language

I have spent a life pondering the question, what is a just society? My best answer: One that treats every human life with dignity. This begs so many questions, some of which @eryk.bsky.social probes here. If nothing else AI forces us to ponder why humanity matters.

i am destined to live a slow life of ritual, practice, and chasing curiosities
