Not remembering all details from that research but I believe ACiQ white labels from both Carrier and their parent company, Brock Air Products, which appears to have multiple other brands (MRCOOL perhaps the best known). Oddly it seems they use Carrier both on the high and low end of performance.

Of course intellectually I understood the value of fully variable, inverter systems but to experience it IRL is a dream. Days above 80F this weekends and never budged more than 1F indoors.

I asked because Enphase micro-inverters will start to curtail above 140F, and roofs can get much hotter! This is why my installer went with a Solar Edge micro-optimizer, single inverter system. I would ask the installer to tell you why they think that won't happen. See datasheet.
