I am absolutely furious and terrified at this.

Third runway at Heathrow, freezing fuel duty and hiking the bus cap: this Labour government are almost literally pouring petrol on the climate crisis.

Shame on them.
A third runway at #Heathrow in the midst of a climate emergency is a vile act of vandalism. Rachel Reeves is happy to burn the planet for a tiny (probably elusive) increment of GDP. How does this benefit us?
Article coming later today.

Didn’t realise that when I bought this small jar of nutmeg with a tiny grater inside in 2003 it would be all the nutmeg I would ever need in my entire life.

That creativity should be unbridled from material conditions is an argument that has always felt decadent to me and flimsy, but also inaccurate in its assumption […] that creativity is something absolute, as opposed to being continually redefined by circumstance. artreview.com/the-problems...

A very enjoyable day at the symposium on Hans Coper’s work I organised at Kettle’s Yard with my colleague Naomi Polonsky. She will be curating a show on Coper’s work for 2027 with Andrew Nairne. Pleased at how shiny my hair looks here…

Please admire this painting of two very hench horses with lustrous manes and tails on somewhat hairy looking sands by de Chirico from Frieze Masters in London…
