Start by bending the global curve of #emissions in 2026
– go from +1% to -1-2% – and then up the global pace at -5% global emissions per year.

This implies removing 2 billion tons of #CO2 from fossil fuels from the global economy, or 3 billion tons of CO2eq. Each year, from now onwards. ()

"1. Get serious about phasing out fossil-fuels by 2050.

This requires accountability among all nations and actors. Remove #FossilFuel subsidies, repurpose #finance to support shutting down #coal -fired plants and helping nations phase out #oil and #gas imports.
