Well it’s that time of year again! Extra stress upon current stress. Last year we filed two months early and got a late fee because they couldn’t access the account (state taxes had no issues). IRS told us “these things happen quite often, and there’s nothing you can do about it.”

Received a letter from POTUS today purporting to remove me as Commissioner and Chair of the FEC. There's a legal way to replace FEC commissioners-this isn't it. I've been so fortunate to serve the American people and stir up some good trouble along the way. That's not changing anytime soon.

Earnest post, but: a thing I like here is it’s okay to have moments of happiness in public without being broadly scolded, and I believe that sustaining this kind of humanity will be very important as we resist fascism.
