I’m stepping up to be your @snp.org candidate for the Whitburn and Blackburn by-election.

West Lothian’s Labour-Tory coalition has been running our services into the ground – I’ve had enough, and I’m sure you have too!

So vote Callum #1 on Dec/11 for a local, fresh and committed voice!

Today's events in Washington are a clear cause for deep concern, for shock, for anger. What we need now are cool heads and clear thinking.

We must stand firm with our European allies in the steadfast defence of Ukraine. That is where Scotland stands. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇺🇦

I am beyond disgusted at the Labour party trying to adopt policies designed to appeal to Reform leaning voters. You can never succeed in placating hard right English nationalism because it holds grievances against imaginary enemies. All you do is pollute the entirety of politics for everyone.

Rachel Reeves only needed to promise a mere £3m for the Rosyth to Zeebrugge ferry & could have claimed to be working to boost the Scottish economy, but she didn't. It's hard to escape the conclusion this Labour Govt just isn't very good at politics.

Why didn't Rachel Reeves bag this easy Scottish win for just £3 million?

This is what pisses me off the most about Labour's backtracking on non-dom status.

Reeves said: "We have been listening to the concerns that have been raised by the non-dom community."

But not listening to pensioners, Waspi women, the poor or the disabled.

Appalling. 77-year-old climate protestor, Gaie Delap, has been recalled to prison over Christmas because her wrists are too small for a tag to be fitted.
