i'm going to start screaming, this new rule about having to lower the AI detection percentage for each document i proofread is impossible, i don't know how to do it, i'm not using AI and i still keep raising the percentage rather than lowering it. i've gone over the same document a million times now

my proofreading job has a new rule that if your document goes over 15% in AI detection they'll immediately sack you and mine kept hitting 30% BUT IT WAS CLEARLY BECAUSE THE AUTHOR USED AI TO WRITE IT!!! WHAT CAN I DO!!! i went back and changed shit to make it sound more natural AND IT GAVE ME 40% 😭
