Use that cane. Get that rollator or walker. Take the elevator. Use the electric scooter carts in grocery stores.
You are ‘disabled enough’ for it.
(And yes, I needed to hear this a few years ago. It has made things SO much better for me.)

Does anyone know if it's possible to get #Covid and flu vaccinations in your home in #SalemOregon? I'm 98% bedbound with Very Severe ME/CFS and definitely can't get to a pharmacy without a bad crash.
My case manager said she couldn't find any mobile vaccine places here. I've also tried googling.
