I don't believe for one second that Trump wants to update Alcatraz. Trump is living out his fantasy of being a brutal dictator. What turns him on about Alcatraz is the horror of it. the man is evil and sick.

The only reason Trump is fixated on deporting people is because the most successful president to do was his nemesis, Obama. Trump is so desperate to outdo Obama that he's now offering to pay ILLEGALS to leave. The man is so sick in the head.
