Another PR for squat (though overall was a miss). This was supposed to be a top set of 5 at 155kg/341lbs. My last 5-rep PR was 319lbs about a month prior.
I only squatted 341lbs for one rep for the first time last year, and now I can do 4 reps. I couldn’t even be mad.

Taking a break from IG but wanted to share a big recent deadlift PR - 215kg/474lb. Kinda gnarly compared to my last warm up at 200kg which moved a lot better. Good news is the lockout struggle is purely technical and can be fixed by focusing on some cues 😄 500lbs coming soon
