yeah man nino still got the juice. playing deep safety vs play action here with a 4.3s WR running the deep post. IDs the action quickly and finds the deep threat. walls off the wr and turns back to look for the ball as he squeezes down with contact. beautiful technique.

Q consistently fits his run gap but will let the young boys tackle the ballcarrier in a crowd. If he sees no one wrapping the back, he will crash down and finish w a form tackle. Great to see as it's something a lot of 12s complained about when he came off ankle surgery

High level safety play. Quandre is watching for McConkey on the crosser and essentially walls him off from 2-hi shell. 3 defenders take Allen (not sure if cvg blown?) and Diggs is 1:1 w/ McConkey, who Herbert is looking to throw to. Forces QB to progress and throw it away.

Didn't love this rep from Q. Pretty sure 39 is the primary coverage defender in the deep third who shouldn't have let Allen cross his face to the corner, but thought Q should have triggered sooner on it since there was no other deep threats coming up the seams
