It is important to understand that MAGA whining and snowflakery is actually dangerous. It used to be the case that if you were a Democrat living in a red state or a MAGA living in a blue state you just accepted that that was the way things were.

Now, you start a secession movement.

As 2023 came to a close, scientists hoped that a stretch of record heat that emerged across the planet might finally begin to subside in 2024. It seemed likely that temporary conditions would give way to let Earth cool down.
