Started in SEO and am now diving deep into product-led growth. I love chocolates, food, and cats. Founder and Growth Consultant at Packted.
I find it interesting how it's not just me who has a love-hate relationship with posting content on LinkedIn lol

I learned that everyone feels pressure to post post post. And I try doing that, but at some point, I feel like I run out of ideas, and I feel like I don't have anything else to post.

Fellow freelancers and SEO agency owners, I have a question:

Do you feel there is a difference in how both charges for a project? Because, while people might say freelancers charge less, they often charge similar rates to, or even higher rates than, agencies.

What is true and what is a lie?

A friendly reminder not to put too much stress on your body. I did, and now I’m sick af lol. Stressing about things usually doesn’t help.

I hope everything goes your way.

Sending good vibes ✨

I disappear from the internet for a bit, and the entire (most of it) is down.

What a lovely way to come back to the web lol

I recently signed up for an app, and something about it made me realize how important communication is.

So this is a finance-related app, and whenever I am doing something (like completing KYC or creating an account), they're not properly communicating that I have completed a step.

Why oh why do websites still implement slow scrolling on their normal ass websites, especially their blog section?

I want to understand who this is helping? Users? Search Engines? Anything in between? Nothing?

As an internet user, I would love it if this could be stopped lol.

*rant finished*

SEO Salt, when a client asks you to just add some SEO.
Saw this out the corner of my eye and just for a moment, thought it said SEO salt. In other news, learnt a little bit about typeface anatomy as a result.

I am seeing an absurd amount of posts that talk about an interesting thing, and instead of just giving you the info, they ask you to comment on a word and then they'll send you via direct message.

I thought I was just seeing this on LinkedIn, but it's wild how popular this format is on Instagram

I was reading this newsletter edition by this person, a guide on a topic, and they had an insane amount of headings.

They were using headings to make text bold. So the headings were not dividing sections properly. They were only used for styling purposes.

I was pulling my hair when I saw this lol

I came across this new phrase today: "The map is not the territory".

From what I understood so far, our mental models/plans/theories are compressed versions of reality. At the same time, the reality (territory) is often different and messy.

Our family used to have two cats, and now they're no longer with us. Those experiences made us so affectionate to them that whenever we see cats, our first instinct is to get closer to them, pet them, and give them some food.

I was reading about customer service and how customers often choose a company not because of its products, pricing, or features but because of its amazing customer service.

This could go either ways but hear me out:

I find it weird that the chatbots/AI assistants are making their own web browser and they're going to be everywhere in the browser.

Take ChatGPT Atlas or Comet by Perplexity for example.

I tested Scribe’s signup flow to understand its user experience

In my quest to do more opinionated posts, I am tearing down onboarding of different SaaS tools to understand them from a user's perspective.

I then shared some fixes that could have improved the experience.
