At springs #brightonSEO I had a Eurika moment, popped up to decathlon, bought myself trainers, shorts, socks and a tshirt and started myself on #Couchto5k - I’ve had a few set backs and stalls since, but delighted that on the cusp of this autumns event I’m on the brink of success.
