This costs you the taxpayer more because there is not enough space, and there is no plan. My commissioner, deputy commissioner, and manager have admitted as much. Nobody told them, much less our union. Telework agreements should be between employees and managers and serve agency needs. This doesn’t.

Especially as we have built work teams across the state. Even back in the office we are not necessarily in the same office. We'll still be meeting on Teams and annoying others who do need to be in the office with excess noise. Terrible for productivity all around.
