DPD il faut vraiment qu'ils engagent plus de gens au service client car 20 minutes d'attente (coûtant 30 cents par minute!) c'est chaud quand même.
Mes pensées vont à l'employée fabuleuse qui a décroché et aidé ma mère avec son colis perdu, j'espère qu'elle a toutes les primes du monde.
