In Edmonton for Thanksgiving. Went to the river valley for a bike ride, did 25km and passed the 3200km mark. So I'm now 1000km away form my best year ever. Well see if I can get back into the rhythm of regular riding and match or beat my record for a year.

My 16-year-old daughter (off from school because of the teachers' strike) helped me make this video and negotiated the new Taylor Swift LP as compensation for her content creation skills. Which are superb, as you can see! #yyccc
