Beautiful day for some mountain biking in the Crowsnest Pass. Luckily the trails I was in were sheltered from the wind.

In Edmonton for Thanksgiving. Went to the river valley for a bike ride, did 25km and passed the 3200km mark. So I'm now 1000km away form my best year ever. Well see if I can get back into the rhythm of regular riding and match or beat my record for a year.

Love the River Valley in Edmonton. The bike trails are really underrated. This is where the Anthony Hendy crosses the North Saskatchewan.

Made the 2700km mark just east of 14th St on the South pathway beside the Bow River. 3000km was the goal for end of July but that didn't happen. Haven't figured out a goal for Aug yet. #yycbike
