I think this is such a major driver of AI use in university assessments. And also just a real… disconnection between why we think students are here (to learn about history!) and why students think they are here (to get good grades, to get a job)

Very glad our VC is taking a robust stance. Don't imagine that what is happening to US higher education can't happen here as well. Either the whole sector takes a united stand now or the right-wing culture warriors will try to pick us off individually.
