Okay. So, one of my therapy assignments was to "list your traumas." Sounds easy, right? Well....it took a year of fleshing out and understanding how trauma works. Not all trauma is directional. It can be generational, interpersonal, direct, or indirect (witnessed or empathy).

Okay...so imma say a thing. I'm at the point of welcoming Trump's various tests on our Democracy. Yes, I started out absolutely disgusted. But, then 2 things occurred to me: 1) We don't have much power to stop him and 2) more lessons are learned from failure than success.
