solved! since i had also downloaded and booted the “new” 1&2 demo, the full version imported those save files and not the ones in the old one. i solved it by deleting the demo and the full version save files, only keeping the saves from the old 1&2 demo :)

of course i wouldn’t actively dislike starting over in another save, i’m just a bit disappointed bc i thought i would be able to get into chapters 3&4 right away (2)

i knew they counted as different games, even having a different internal code, but i thought toby fox said (i will try my best to find the post) that even saves from the old 1&2 version would carry over to the full one. (1)

yeah same, i’m on switch and my save files are on the old demo (downloaded the new one this morning and the full version a few minutes ago)

playing on switch and the game can’t detect the save data from the old version of the chapters 1/2 demo, anyone here having the same issue?

i’never been much of a “hey siri” user but i had set it up and basically forgot about it for a while… i think there have been way more times where it activated by mistake (ESPECIALLY after i started T), than times i actually wanted to use it 💀 hope there’s a class action or some sort of settlement

I also hope that those colleagues, especially the Europeans, are willing to have more conversations about how travel across policed borders and through nation states has always been risky and scary for folks with non-dominant identities.
