Wew, feels like I hit a wall with my book again. Which probably means I need to do a rewrite and spread that half page over like 3 or 4 as I probably made it too info dense and killed all the momentum for the story

So uh, should I do the art I want for each chapter end, or do publishers prefer I state my want for that so they can find/use an in house artist for it, or...?

Woo finished the prologue rewrite. WAAAY better. Now to repeat for 16 to 20 chapters that are on average 3 to 4 times longer than said prologue at minimum!

I don't think fears can be 'forgotten'. They can be buried, frowned upon, but in the dark of the night, the old fear is very much alive #HorrorWritersChat I'll go with possession this time. Nothing scarier than the 'other' taking over your own body.

I love how zombies have mutated across cultures as a way to discuss their own cultural fears but I'd love to see more horror with it's links to slavery (where the horror is not the white American fear of loosing individuality, but the fear of loosing autonomy) explored.
