Does anyone else find it odd that React is recommending react-helment on its docs page (react.dev/blog/2024/12...). That project hasn't been maintained in 5 years.

Strange bug in the React docs: Visit react.dev/blog/2024/12..., click on the link "New React DOM Static APIs", then press back. Nothing happens. Usually. Sometimes it goes back to the top of the page, but usually not.

I designed and printed a set of upgraded tokens for Mistborn: The Deckbuilding Game from @brotherwisegames.bsky.social. The game is all about burning metals to power your magic, so how could I _not_ make something a bit more metallic to use? I weighted them like poker chips. Such a fun game.

I’ve spent about 3 hours today sharpening kitchen knives for my in-laws today. Seems more than a fair trade for all the meals they cook for us. Also, if you don’t have a good sharpener, get one. Makes a world of difference.
