Yes, they really seem to enjoy the fleabane. Had another by the dragonfly pond a week or so ago. Hopefully, the pond will be replenished soon as the level is desperately low!

Quiet bird wise at Cosmeston with 8 stock doves and pairs of stonechat and sparrowhawks the best. Nice to see good numbers of common blue and a couple of clouded yellow enjoying the fleabane.

It's probably not too difficult to guess which of the 5 pictured birds I spotted this lunchtime at Parc Tredelerch.

In addition, a couple of male pochard were good to see as not that common here. Teal and common sand on the river.
