I think we also have to remember that many of us watched these movies in their edits for TV versions, so I love it for the other Lamda chapters and the musical number at the end. A lot of the grossness was cut out!

The sad thing is how many believe him, but when confronted with policy choices agree with us. They think we are the devil, but here we are… living beside them, coaching their kids, volunteering, helping our neighbors… just quietly raising our families and hoping that all can share in prosperity.

I’m always thinking of my family. I coach their teams, I volunteer, I make them handknit gifts, the pantry is always full, hand soaps refilled, bathrooms clean, winter gear ordered in Sept, Christmas Jammie’s already here…

I bake a lot, so mine is off all the time. Forgot the other day and had to use a little brush to get dough out of it. But , I’m baking for my husband’s benefit sooooooo…

I am an aunt like this a few times over, even when I was a younger woman. It’s sort of… this woman is my true friend, so we show her love and respect… she’s Auntie.

I just called. I’ve never not worked. These were held on a Saturday. While certainly working Americans work on Saturday, it’s a pretty common day off for office workers. To go to an event for a few hours on a weekend has nothing to do with my employment.

Target has had a very clear understanding of why we choose to shop elsewhere and has done nothing to earn back our business. It’s leadership’s fault.

I was at a larger than expected suburban one today outside Detroit. Police stayed in cars, were mostly far back. We had well marked Marshall’s for traffic/crossing the street. Big excitement was someone’s dog flipped out and ran under a car on the road. Little traffic jam.

As someone who was at the last No Kings… the danger was from a motorcycle gang who stood on the fringes trying to start fights. Most attendees were peaceful. All ages, all sizes, all colors. Lots of funny signs. We had people cheering as we paraded to the ICE facility.

We are having less kids because the cost of daycare, housing and food are out of control and we’ve made parenting miserable.

I thought we were all blue haired cat ladies? I even bought a bunch of cat related buttons last year to celebrate.

I carpooled to the last one, so I guess my friend funded my participation. And here I thought I did it for free. Ha!
