One of the most disturbing things in the movie is the footprints and handprints on the house. If we had seen them being made, it might've looked silly, but *we don't*. We just see the result, and let our imaginations do the rest. 😱🫣

It's like... you know... The Corpse in TERRIFIED. You know he's going to move. You *know* it. But the scariest part is waiting for it to happen. It's also horrifying when he's in the freezer, though you don't see him. When he does move visibly, it's a little anticlimactic.
