I finished Acre Crisis and it was an odd one. Very similar to Jurassic Park Trespasser with the bizarre movement. It was fun shooting dinosaurs to get a higher score and cashing in that score for new weapons, but if a dinosaur gets too close you stop shooting. If you like dinosaurs wait for a sale.

Just finished Butcher's Creek and it's a pretty good dark gory horror game with goofy kick physics. Reading the little notes left behind by the cultists was really fun and the atmosphere/sound design was top notch. Game was a bit short so you might want to wait for a sale before jumping in.

I finished Hollow Knight: Silksong and it was pretty fantastic! Compared to the first game the art, movement, music, challenge, and the overworld felt like improvements across the board! This will be a lot of peoples GOTY and it has the chance to be mine too!

I finished Metal Garden and it was pretty good. The atmosphere, vibes, and landscapes were beautiful to look at and the FPS gameplay was decent. Only negative is the game is very short at about 2 hours and I was craving more by the time I finished it.

I completed Noobs are Coming and it's a decent Brotato-like with an MMO theme. It's fun to play as the villain trying to defeat the heroes and the different builds are interesting, but it's easier than Brotato and the builds don't get as wild as in Brotato. This is still worth checking out on sale.

I finished CloverPit and it was fantastic. Similar to Balatro, but with crusty 3D graphics and a slot machine. It's a bit more simple than Balatro, but it also makes it easier to pick up and enjoy. This game is also WAY cheaper than real gambling. Highly recommended.

I finished Buckshot Roulette and it was alright. Very short game, but it was also like $3 or less. The items introduced halfway were fun to use and the visuals were cool.

I finished Bioshock Infinite and its alright. Combat feels similar to the original Bioshock, but easier and without the horror. The story was good, but gets confusing when multiple realities are introduced. The DLC was also good and tied in fairly well with the original games.

I beat Nubby's Number Factory and it's a blast! It's Balatro, but instead of poker it's pachinko. It has less strategy, but it's fun to inject my nub with horse pills, 3D glasses, poop butt, and a pregnancy test to get some insane numbers before the sun explodes. The visuals are also very nice.

I finished Fallout 4 and it was a good game, but it was also the weakest Fallout game I have played. The open world is fun to explore and the guns finally fire like a gun rather than a spell called "Bullet". If it had good writing it would be my favorite one, but choices don't have much impact.

I finished Mashina and it was a ruddy good time! The art was beautiful, the music was good, and the robots were cute! It's a very chill and relaxing experience. Just like Judero there was a lot of heart and soul that went into this game and best of all YumYum is in it!

I finished Suit for Hire and its kind of like playing the video game version of John Wick. The action is good, but enemies look the same regardless of region, the later areas feel underdeveloped, and some of it felt a bit jank. Still had a great time with it, but I'd wait for a sale.

I played Backpack Hero and if you enjoyed Slay the Spire you should check it out! Art style is cute, the village hub area is fun to upgrade/customize, and gameplay is good. Sadly completing the game requires doing a full run with all 5 characters and some of them aren't fun. Still a good time!

I finished Look Outside and it was a very good and spooky RPG. Beautiful (and grotesque) visuals, multiple endings, good soundtrack, and the gameplay can get pretty tense when I'm low on supplies. I highly recommend checking this unique indie game out!

I finished Desktop Survivors 98 and it's a challenging game at first until you start unlocking more weapons for your mouse cursor, but its still worth your time! It's Vampire Survivors with a Windows 98 coat of paint over it and there is so much chaos on screen my game slows to a crawl. Great game!

Just finished playing Thank Goodness You're Here and it is the most aggressively British game I have ever played. It's a simple game about helping people out and the graphics are lovely. Some of the backtracking is annoying, but the humor that ensues makes it worth it! Not a long game, but fun!

Oh yeah I played and beat Sayonara Wild Hearts and it's the first time I played a game with the word "Wild Hearts" in the title that turned out to be a good game! It was fairly easy throughout, but the amount of visuals on screen messed up my rhythm a few times. Took about an hour, but a fun time.

I also played and beat Everhood. It's similar to Undertale, but only boss fights which are more like rhythm games dodging notes and a bit unpolished. The experience was weird overall with trippy visuals, but the music was pretty good. If you enjoyed Undertale you might enjoy this game too!

While I was on vacation I played and beat Arctic Eggs. It's a weird walking sim with a unique egg cooking mini game that gets harder over time. I loved how strange it was and how the lore was slowly revealed as I talked to the residents. A bit short, but it's worth checking out!

I played Dinosaurs Dominion and it's got an interesting idea, but it's unfinished. It's an action focused roguelike featuring dinosaurs with 1 map, 1 boss that is the same, and 2 playable dinosaurs. Feels more like a demo than a game in it's current state, but hopefully that changes in the future.

I finished Amber Isle and it's a nice mix of Animal Crossing with the shop mechanic from Moonlighter. It has cute character designs, but cleaning up after the villagers while they shop was tedious and there were a few annoying glitches. I also wish it had fishing and farming. Decent game.

I played Dino D-Day and it's a good time! It's a wacky PvP dinosaur game where the nazis found a way to resurrect the dinosaurs and it's our job to make them extinct again! Not a lot of modes or unique characters besides snipers or medics. It's on sale for $1 and for that price I'd say its worth it.

I beat Fossilfuel 2 and it was alright. The platforming sections were jank and some of the boss fights were on the frustrating side, but I could tell for a solo dev that a lot of heart went into it. With a bit more polish I could see the game being great, but for now it's just ok.
